HOME COLLECTION:

Each piece is individually cast or wrought, and may be hand-worked, hammered, sanded and hand finished. Slight irregularities, imperfections, and variations of shading and texture are characteristic of the material and the Old World finishing process that adds to its distinct beauty. Each piece can differ slightly from the other. Time honored processes lend uniqueness to each piece.

Jan Barboglio sells exclusively to only the finest retail stores which promote Jan Barboglio's goals and objectives with regard to image, brand and customer service. Jan Barboglio and its Sales Representatives reserve the right to cancel an order or refuse shipment at any time. We also reserve the right to cancel any account for any reason.

MINIMUM ORDERS:

• The minimum OPENING ORDER is $5,000.00

• The minimum SHOW REORDER is $1,000.00

• The minimum ROAD REORDER is $250.00

• The minimum ANNUAL SHIPMENTS are $10,000.00 per location to maintain STOCKING DEALER STATUS.

• Accounts are considered closed if there are no purchases for one calendar year. In such cases, accounts must meet the terms as a new customer.

• In ordering, note that SHIP PACK quantities cannot be broken.

• Item numbers will be shipped by the quantity designated as the MINIMUM ORDER on the price list.

MADE TO ORDER / CUSTOM ORDER:

• Made to Order or Custom Orders require an eight to twelve (8–12) week production time.

• Made to Order or Custom Orders require a non-refundable 50% DEPOSIT at time of order with the balance to be paid prior to shipping.

• Cancellations are not accepted for Made to Order or Custom Orders.

• Shipping and handling charges will vary to surcharges and are not under the control of Jan Barboglio.

• BED SIZING: Standard sized box springs and mattresses vary by manufacturer and while some have become smaller in recent versions, we allow for the sizes that are traditional in the marketplace. We also allow 1 1/2" in length and width for easy access to the additional fittings we recommend. Mattress covers should be used on the box springs to create a rounded, luxurious appearance to the hard edges found on the box springs. Corner rails are included with each bed. A center rail with king size.

• LIGHTING: Each of the lighting designs is properly labeled with the specific type and wattage of the appropriate light bulb.

PURCHASE ORDER:

• Jan Barboglio sells to the wholesale trade only. All APPROVED purchasers must provide a Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate.

• Prices are F.O.B. at the Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated, Dallas, Texas Warehouse.

• Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Purchase orders will SHIP AS READY unless otherwise specified on the INITIAL ORDER. To insure timely delivery, further restrictions to shipping will not be permitted.

• Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated, at its sole discretion, may limit distribution of its products. New orders will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and will be subject to Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated approval. On a periodic basis, existing accounts may be subject to review and cancellation.

• Jan Barboglio is a NON-DISCOUNTED collection, and retailers must maintain, at least a minimum, a 2.2 percent markup at all times. Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated reserves the right to CEASE SHIPPING to any account that violates this provision.

• Buyer's shipping address is the SOLE SITE AUTHORIZED for retail sale. Any other location must be approved in writing by Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Effective January 1, 2024

PAYMENT TERMS:

• OPENING ORDERS are strictly C.O.D., MasterCard, Visa, American Express

• All CREDIT TERM accounts must provide Jan Barboglio with a current credit card(s) to be kept on file.

• We reserve the right to use the credit card on file to make current any past due invoices.

• If a credit card payment for an order is DECLINED and the alternate card(s) also decline, the accounting department will immediately notify the customer by email.

• If a payment source is not provided within 72 hours, the payment terms will revert to C.O.D. and the order will be shipped.

• All payment history is reported on a monthly basis to our Credit/Collection Agency.

• Deductions from invoice payments are not allowed without prior approval in writing from Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated.

• There will be a $50.00 surcharge on NSF checks.

RETURNS:

Jan Barboglio Collection is hand forged and finished by hand. Any slight variance in sizes, color, and finish are characteristic of our merchandise and may include markings or imperfections that are a direct result of the crafting process. These variances are not acceptable reasons for returns.

• RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated's PRIOR APPROVAL. You can request an RA number by contacting our customer service department. The CALL TAG and RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER issued by Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated MUST ACCOMPANY the returned items.

• CLAIMS for shortages or damaged or incorrect shipments must be reported in writing within five (5) business days of receipt of merchandise. A submitted claim must include the below items (any missing items will halt claim processing):

  • Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated Claim Form

  • Photo and/or video documentation of item and original packing materials

  • Copy of related invoice

• Merchandise must be packed for safe return in ORIGINAL BOXES, with original COMPONENTS and free from any customer ticketing. Items returned damaged will not qualify for reimbursement.

• Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated WILL NOT ACCEPT charges for freight incurred by the buyer regarding returns without PRIOR APPROVAL.

• There will be a 25% RESTOCKING FEE on any order approved for return by Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated for any reason other than damage or incorrect shipment.

FREIGHT:

• All orders are shipped UPS (United Parcel Service) or FedEx (Federal Express Freight) unless specified and agreed to by Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated. Freight will be added to the invoice.

• All CLAIMS for damages and loss will be the RESPONSIBILTY OF THE CONSIGNEE. All damages and shortages should be reported to the carrier immediately in order for them to prepare the CLAIM REPORT. Upon receipt of the claim report, please FORWARD to the Customer Service Department of Blanca Santa Casa Incorporated.

• There will be a $50.00 HANDLING CHARGE for DROP SHIPMENTS.
